This bank is impossible to deal with. We have a loan through them and they told us we could pay online but the online never works. When I go in to pay the loan they are always very slow and act like they have no idea what is going on. People on the phone are always rude
Friendly service, online payments are easy now that they have a new system and i get all of my loans through them. Have sent friends to get car loans and mortgages and all were satisfied
Rude and inconsiderate staff. Cumbersome rules and processes. I have been a member for over 30 years now and have watched the place get worse over the past 3 years. New staff and leadership came in and ruined it. Don’t waste your time or money here. You’ll only leave frustrated.

This is my bank.. do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.. Fees fees fees.. They charged me 2 dollars to get my PIN changed.. I called to ask to get it credited and they absolutely refused.. Over 2 dollars.. 2!! Want a paper statement? that will cost ya!

I am here to say Ida went out of her way to take care of a issue I had. I lost my debit card which started the whole story. She found a way to fix what issues came up. They go far beyond what other banks in the past ever did for me. Thanks Ida!
