Great recycling business. But the older lady with the short hair is very rude. She had a rude attitude when there were 3 plastic bottles with caps that had some water in it. Every other employee their is very friendly and nice.
The service staff are amazing!! Even when I’m late to pay my bill they are still so nice on the phone. I never dread having to call them. Excellent customer service
The company is still open and operating, but the recycling part is temporarily closed. This company also provides regular trash pickup along with providing blue recycling and brown green waste carts to residents of the Town of Paradise. These services continue to be provided.
They refused to empty my recycling can cause it was 4 ft from the actual street. Driver took a picture of it! I’m 80 years old and took it out in the dark. My mistake, but geez. …
