Just wanted to thank Northern Sierra Propane for their service today. We were just about to run out, and had missed our usual service day (forgot to give two weeks notice!); and our driver bent over backwards to help us, with a muddy driveway and snow flurries! They deliver propane, I’ve never run out. I have had a few weird experience with them over the past 3 years. One of them is today Jan 16 2020. Snow day, 1-3 inches on the ground the whole place is closed when I come in to pay my bill. I called beforehand to be sure they were open and they said they were till 5. We arrived at 4:53.

Poor customer service. Obviously they do not need your business and discriminate against people who own their tank. I would avoid this company at all costs. Being new to Grass Valley I selected this company randomly. If this review helps anyone, use any company other than Northern Sierra Propane.
