Such a nice, local place to do business. Tellers know all the customers by name. Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Night and day difference from big banks.
They just cannot get it together. The simplest tasks always result In 4 or 5 fixes, and then probably still won’t be fixed. Yes they are nice, and appear helpful, but your account will still be messed up for one reason or another. Its just not worth the effort.

Norther Skies improperly closed out my loan that never had a late payment and now my credit score has dropped 30points. They say they will call me back and they never do. This is the worst FCU in the state. Do not keep you monies here or get a loan from them. You will regret it.
