  3. I have only good to say about Northern Star however, i do not like the closing of the branch offices like the one on Portsmouth Bldv.. It’s a problem having to go to George Washington Highway to cash a check, make a deposit etc. Open some branches PLEASE!

  11. They have a huge employee turnover. I’ve been here many years and only use it now for secondary business and convenience. Although if you have to deal with Lee, one of the supervisors, you may regret ever stopping in, so be warned. The tellers are nice and pleasantly accommodating.

  12. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the worst credit union ever established. Rude employees, astronomical fees (higher than the big banks), and the worst offerings of services possible. Just a garbage organization. If you were considering opening an account with them, don’t. Literally any other credit union you come across will be better.
