It is a pleasure being a Northfield Bank customer. Today I had a question regarding my online savings account and both Donna and Susan in Online Banking were wonderful. They patiently answered my questions, explaining exactly what I needed to know and made me feel like a valued client.
On 11/4 there was no money in the atm at 12:00pm which was an inconvenience. Then I go into the bank there’s no customers, while Neil the nice bank teller was willing to take me. The rude ladies Josephine and Robin told him to tell me to wait… with NO CUSTOMERS AND NO MONEY in the ATM. Terrible customer service!
