This is the worst insurance company I’ve dealt with in my 17 years of being a O/O truck driver. They paid $3795 of an $8500 claim (deer). Dropping them as soon as check clears.
One of there insured damaged my car and they denied the claim based solely on his word even though I had pictures and 4 witnesses. Katie the agent was beyond rude.
One of Northland continuants accidently hit the company’s van on April 19 2017 @ 11AM, damn if its not 30 days later and your assigned adjuster don’t even reply to your phone calls, or emails until you reach for higher authority. And than they call back like you have created A PROBLEM FOR THEM! GREAT WORK D.W.
Stay away from them!! They won’t cover anything, better off and get a different insurance company. Very unprofessional, slow and none responsive. All that money you’re paying them is for them to keep, they will refuse your claims and leave you in a dirt!!

Do not get this insurance company… If you have a problem or an accident on the weekend you are screwed!… They have a call service that just takes messages over the weekend and there is no emergency line if you really need help. This is unbelievable that an insurance company would not have an emergency line available at all times.
