Terrible service. I have been calling for a week and a half trying to pay my utility bill since a rent from a home owner, but i keep getting put in voice mail without being called back after leaving my information. Ive tried every single phone line they have and they ALL go to voice mail. WHY?
Dinosaurs when it comes to how you can do autopay. They would have you give them written paper signed notices to set it up or opt out. No autopay options through the banks, nothing online… And they charge 2$ for dual billing if you are renting… Really behind the era…
When I call It always goes straight to voicemail. Their Website is from the stone age. I have to mail them a void check to set up auto payment?? The only one I know who still has checks is Grandma.
Northshore Utility District has always been extremely helpful with our projects. They give precise directions, and both their office and field employees are friendly. I appreciate how they work to keep down our utility costs when everything else seems to be continually going up. Thank you, N U D.
I contacted N.S. for information regarding septic conversion for my house. I talked to Amber. She was very professional and very quick to respond, sending all the information I needed. She even gave me information about contractors I could use.
Horrible experience time and time again, store front staff is rude and above you, this is not the first time, refusel to update system forces people to actually come into contact with thesepower trippers. Only 2 forms of payment check or …
Worst utility company out there. They know they don’t need to change as it is the law for everyone to pay them in WA state… So if you have a problem and try to reach them, it’s your job to retry until someone answers, that would be …
This review is not on their service, but their impact on the community. For your own sanity, do not ever choose to live within 1-3 blocks of the Utility District building. Multiple times a week they perform activities that result in …
Worst possible experience. My auto payment failed in May for some reason and they didn’t send a letter or email telling me until november. My bill is now over $500 and they are refusing to do anything about it. “It is not our responsibility to bill you”. Who’s responsibility is it then?
Extremely helpful–from the person who answered the phone to the crew who came out to do the work. Their utility map is amazing. I wish I could work with people like this all the time.
Not happy with the way this utility company is run. They’re very impatient when it comes to serving notices.
