Tara Halliwell-Kemps bedside manner is terrible. Better hope you dont have any problems after a procedure. Her response to the after hour calling will be “please refrain from calling” even though the staff emphasizes the use if there is a problem and, “and even if there was a problem, i couldnt do anything until monday”.
