  1. The worst customer service and I’m always dropping in and out, if I had options I would never consider them again, I usually do my weeks end paperwork from my house for my business but inconsistencies in their services make that not an option, way over priced

  10. Literally the worst internet I have ever been connected to. Terribly overpriced, and so slow it is reminiscent of the days of dial up connections. The only thing that makes living in Somerset awful is being forced to have this internet. Seriously awful.

  26. I’m not sure why northwest communications gets such bad reviews. Don’t get me wrong, it’s kinda expensive but we’ve had their cable and internet for the last 7 years with minimal problems.
