Promised me it wouldn’t go into the negatives but somehow always does. They always tell me to call the fraud department and I’m on the phone on waiting call and wait two hours and still nothing. Don’t recommend.

Sy and JC not only helped me open my first real checking and saving account, but also encouraged me to go for the scholarship, which I was granted the other day. I look forward to keeping the relationship long time to come as I grow myself in this community.
My experience was great . Heather and All the bank tellers are super nice and professional. I got all of my banking needs met and they took extra time to help me achieve what I needed done . Very nice clean bank . Wonderful experience.
I can’t say I had a bad experience with personnel. HOWEVER they will send funds to the state of Oregon if left dormant. They did not contact me before this happened. It’s in the contract when you sign the paperwork.
