Northwest Health Services (MO) Reviews ( 36 )

  1. Never will I ever go back there. They were rude, and then wouldn’t see my daughter for a sports physical even after I had called the day before to make sure, and I drove over 30 miles to get there. Told me they had to many patients, there were only 2 ahead of me. What a joke.

  2. I had never had a issue with them, the fact their open on Saturdays is awesome and the doctor is very helpful. I only go for my yearly exams and whenever sick .

  3. The staff are helpful from front desk, to the nursing staff, to the providers. Rachel is so professional, caring, and on top of things! Her staff are great, non-judgmental!

  4. I have never been to a doctor’s office where there are so many doctors but if yours is out of town, no other doctor can give you results or see you. This happened twice and I went and found another physician. I pay them for their services …

  5. I doctor with Rachel Lessor, FNP. She is very personable and always answers my questions in great detail. I love the service at this clinic and will continue to utilize them in the future.

  6. Do not go to this place, they are rude. I really wish I could give this place a “0” but can’t. I was just told that they wish they never enrolled me into there program, that’s always nice to here. There’s no follow through because I made a …

  7. Kathy Darnell works at the FMA location and she is amazing. If you are looking for a PCP who genuinely cares about you, she is your best option. Kathy’s staff is also very friendly and always make you feel like they care about you.

  8. Be Prepared to Wait Over a Month For Your Refills! I was denied my refill after being told that my doctor was no longer at this clinic. I must say that I believe this is the 3rd or 4th doctor I am on, considering this isn’t the first time …

  9. Very busy, they overbook. Long wait times. The staff does not communicate well with each other, good luck getting a call back or prescription refilled. They either do not do it or don’t do it properly. Doctors do not stay here long so you always get a new one who doesn’t know your health issues.

  10. This is a horrible place to try and have your kids seen they are constantly rescheduling and as soon as I said well it looks like we need to find another doctor because we are getting rescheduled multiple times they said ok I’ll take you …

  11. Wish they had a negative review button. My husband switched to this location after Dr Stroud passed., and what a nightmare. He has taken the same RX for years and always been given Rx for 6 months at a time. But not here. You have to call …

  12. I’d like to make this very clear, this is NOT a one star review it’s a ZERO out of five star review although Google will not rate below a one. This place is absolutely the worst business/healthcare facility. I am very confused how this …

  13. Where do I start. First complaint, you call and automatically get put on hold, after 5 min of being on hold you are transferred to theor “answering service”. From there they tell you they are too busy to answer phones and to call back. …

  14. ZERO STARS! Wouldnt even take a sick dog here. My expectations were low, but holy moly it is an awful place. Called clinic manager, Derek, 6 times to Express my disappointment and concerns, he refuses to call back. Called Judith, who is …

  15. I have been taking my Children to Lisa Dove for the past year and she is phenominal! She has worked with us when we havent been traditional with our children and their shots. Not only that, but their medicaid representative, Michelle, has …

  16. I am a Veteran and I see Harold McClellan off the choice program. He is a great therapist and I have gotten more done through him than most people I have ever talked with through the Army or the VA. The front desk has a little to be desired …

  17. Wonderful nurses working with some front desk staff members that lack customer service skills and/or are nice to only “certain type” of visitor or callers; specifically, the one that sits on the left side of the front desk as you come in.

  18. I’ve never had an issue with this location. I get in quick, the people are friendly and they always do everything they can to help me. I used to see Dr. Hall before I moved. Now that I’m back, I see Lessor. Never had a problem with anyone or their services.

  19. I wish I could leave 0 stars for the review. (This review is specifically for the Village Dr location.) This is the WORST clinic I have ever been too. I recently moved to the area and was taking my 2 children here. The provider and a …

  20. Screw up your meds at the pharmacy. No accountability for receptionists being absolutely terrible to people, hanging up on people. The care providers are okay, but the staff is so unhelpful and genuinely rude. They will cause an issue with …

  21. After moving to the area, I was without a provider. I was very low on medications and completely out of Suboxone. I had called another place and they were very friendly however quite expensive. As I only have Medicaid, my options are …

  22. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes and no answer. Also left message for doctor to get back to me at 7:30 in the morning and no return call. Very poor service at this facility.

  23. Just wanted to say Thank you to the lab tech whom drew my blood work. I’m normally a hard stick however she was so fast and efficient with the process I didn’t feel a thing. Thanks again

  24. I used to like Family Medicine but I was in the hospital last week and released and Family Medicine w a s supposed to prescribe my meds at my follow up appointment and they waited till it was Friday afternoon at 4:45pm to tell me the nurse practitioner could not prescribe me the meds I was on

  25. Northwest continues to be the worst possible medical experience for poverty folks. “Do you need your medication you’ve been taking for 20 years? Sorry you need a new appointment, how’s 20 days from now sound, without your medication? Good? I don’t care. Thanks again!”

  26. I need immediate medical attention have urology issue and my legs and feet swollen very bad they told me around almost 2 months get in after I had been to emergency room 3 days prior emergency room only goes so far. Medical attention in …

  27. Rude, unprofessional, uncompassionate, uninterested. These are a few of the good things about the people that work for Northwest Health. I’m done. If you’re looking for good health care from these people, you’ll be much better off finding a Witch Doctor.
