They won’t hire people to answer the phones and you can’t even leave a message you just sit on hold for 20 minutes and I don’t have time for that. I have a job to be at.
Kathy Darnell and her staff is simply AMAZING. I highly recommend them for all your health care needs.
Never will I ever go back there. They were rude, and then wouldn’t see my daughter for a sports physical even after I had called the day before to make sure, and I drove over 30 miles to get there. Told me they had to many patients, there were only 2 ahead of me. What a joke.
I had never had a issue with them, the fact their open on Saturdays is awesome and the doctor is very helpful. I only go for my yearly exams and whenever sick .
A great alternative if you prefer providers who are not with Mosaic. They do sometimes refer patients to Mosaic Specialists.
The staff are helpful from front desk, to the nursing staff, to the providers. Rachel is so professional, caring, and on top of things! Her staff are great, non-judgmental!

Very busy, they overbook. Long wait times. The staff does not communicate well with each other, good luck getting a call back or prescription refilled. They either do not do it or don’t do it properly. Doctors do not stay here long so you always get a new one who doesn’t know your health issues.
