So glad Urgent Care is open on Saturdays. Yes, one has to wait but there’s two doctors available: one for adults and another for children.

So, it was easy to be seen but the dr & nurse working the urgent care was not wearing their mask properly and the dr did not do a great job of checking my medication allergy.

Long Waits; Doctor always out; Cancellations in under an hour from appt time; Long phone waits, if they even pick up; Don’t bother with MyChart, they don’t even read or respond; Must push them to follow through on EVERYTHING; They push urgent care visits instead of physician, costing you more
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They ask all the right questions and always let you know your health is important to them. Great doctors and staff. I highly recommend them.
Can never get through for an appointment. Even tried to touch base with Urgent Care and after a long time on hold, transferred to a voicemail that was full. It’s been days and multiple calls to no avail. Looks like it’s time to find a new doctor.
I’ve been coming here for years now. I’ve even recommended them to a few folks. Efficient and courteous are two words to sum them up. I’d add to that list knowledgeable, humorous, and willing to listen. The list continues to grow with consistently being clean on every visit I’ve had over the years.
Do not go here for primary care, all of them are Physician’s assistants, under other doctors, who are not even in the building. Get a real doctor for your money elsewhere. Don’t be afraid to demand what you pay for!

This location has your primary doctors, a pharmacy, pediatric and urgent care. If you don’t have major ailments and need a decent place to call home it works. Can never get in to your doctor unless it’s a miracle but they have good other staff to plug in the gaps.
