This company is a joke every little storm that comes through we loose power then it’s 1 to 2 days before it’s back on it feel like the 1920’s had a better electric system than we do now God I wish we had OG&E WHAT A JOKE
We have had NWEC for the past 5 years. There have been plenty of ice and thunderstorms as well wildfires through our areas. NWEC has always worked hard to get us power when the lines go down. We also select the option of receiving a phone call once power has been restored. They do a great job every year. Glad to have them.
We have been Northwestern Electric Coop customers since 1991. In my experience with their office, customer service has been outstanding. Also, repair crews do their best to make repairs & get service up and running as quickly as possible.
Having been a customer since 2015, we have had outstanding service from NWEC. Whenever there are outages, repairs are done in reasonable time, usually quickly. When fast repairs were not possible, the conditions were completely …
