  1. less than one star… this place double charges every month… no water bill should be $100/month, especially when i have no pool or sprinkler system and live with one other person. NEED AN EXPLANATION!

  2. There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against them for overcharging customers. If anyone has any information on how to go about this please post. “Special District” means they can make up their own rules and charge whatever they want. Something needs to be done.

  4. Just moved to Northwood from Oregon. Not only is the water horrendous, it’s absolutely ridiculously priced. I live by myself and my water bill is over $100 a month. Absolutely absurd.

  5. Garbage company with horrible, lazy customer service who doesn’t have an ounce of empathy or care for their customers. Not to mention when I had a really water emergency, god forbid they send someone out to take a look because it was 3:30 on a Friday!

  6. This company is OBSCENELY over-priced. My husband and I live in Findlay, Ohio. But we have 3 relatives who live in McComb (they each live alone) and thus are unfortunate victims of NW Water & Sewer District. Our monthly water/sewage bill is HALF what those 3 relatives pay. INEXCUSABLE!

  7. Ridiculously expensive. And don’t forget to pay your bill one month bc they will shut you off even if you’ve been a paying customer for years. I don’t know any other utility that would cut your service for missing one payment, which could easily be a mistake.

  12. For no reason my bill went from 20$ a month to 50-100$ a month. Several other customers have had this same issue. They only explaination they offered me is maybe you have a leak. No I dont. Nothing has changed. There is something they aren’t telling their customers.
