Norwood Hospital Reviews ( 250 )

  1. My wife has diabetes real bad, if it weren’t for some of the doctors in this hospital she would no longer be with us, thank you to these exceptional doctors who continuously save my wife.

  2. I was seen tonight and could never imagine in a million years,I would be treated so disrespectful by the doctor seeing me (Dr Jenn McAndrews) who treated me like dirt, instead of being diagnosed, I was considered more of an drug abuser

  3. The people that work there are all excellent, only knock was the food very very bland I like some flavor in my food. Again only thing to complain about was food

  8. The worst hospital in the world, they charge you in emergency rooms 200 dollars where they never solve what you have until you empower and end up spending a lot of money in other hospitals for their mistakes. Now I hate that hospital.

  9. I came to emergency room cause my 9 months daughter has high fever but after wait for hour and half she wasn’t seen by doctor than I wrote rhis review… poor service and look like one doctor serving everyone……

  11. Was born here and have had acceptable experiences in previous years, but the shutdown due to flooding is leaving a very bad mark on health care throughout the area due to overcrowding in other hospitals

  12. If I’m hurt and I’m near the Norwood hospital, i rather drive 45 mins to boston hospital to seek help. The physician assistant i saw was so mean and they did not care for my safety. One of the worst hospital I’ve been too

  13. Never have I ever spent alot money somewhere..where people who work are impatient. Rude. Non friendly.. this hospital needs new workers.. a new vibe a new heartbeat.EVERYONE SAYS IT.. I JUST EXPERIENCED IT..never again:(

  17. Very positive visit. I was seen right on time, and the staff was pleasant and efficient. The only downside was that the entrance was confusing so I spent a few minutes standing at the wrong window.

  18. Don’t remember much of it. They treated me awesome prior to surgery. Went under and woke up just fine. Can’t really ask for more. 🤷🏻‍♂️ …

  19. Heavy call volume, dropped calls and overall poor service is what you can expect even from a simple call to follow-up. I can’t imagine having an actual medical emergency and being treated by the people that work at this hospital.

  20. Was in the locked psych ward and the staff was amazing. I recieved the treatment I needed which was amazing and haven’t been hospitalized since. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

  21. Dishonest people trying very hard to SCREW YOU OVER when it comes time to pay. You pay our bill, then half a year later they send you a collections notice. They ask for proof you paid, You fax it over and then they avoided talking to you …

  22. glad this hospital may never open I got infection in my surgical site and begged someone to remove bandage and look at it and no one would…finally refused to leave until it was looked at and needed to stay for 5 days of antibiotics then got a 1000$ bill to be seen by an ID doctor

  23. Unless you need immediate life-saving care, take the time to go in town to or to an urgent care if possible. ER service is poor with long waits. Would not recommend.

  26. On July 18, 2016, I went for knee injury that turned out to be a torn meniscus and ACL. The dumb ER doctor only did X-ray, said I was fine. Clearly, I wasn’t fine if I couldn’t use my knee. Also, he missed a glass in my foot. What medical school did he go to?

  27. Avoid at all cost. Never have i ever in my life walked into a hospital and walked out in more pain then why i was originally there. My dr today couldn’t even dress appropriate.

  35. Worst place ever. I was there for 7 hrs. I waited 3 hours for my cat scan result. The nurse was rude and never checked on me. Dr ordered 3 bags of fluid and nurse said I don’t need the 3. I’m had to miss work due to being dehydrated.
