This company is a scam of an internet provider. Their offers hold no candle to competitors and their service is not only confusing, but they double back on offers, not to mention that the product you pay for is not the product you’ll end up getting.
Horrible service, the cable options are Aweful, communication is non-existent. We have been paying our bill online, but evidently was not going through, so we received 1 late notice on the SAME DAY the turn off our cable, phone, and internet. Horrible wished we never switched and will be going back to a Comcast.
Nice Staff, The High-Speed Internet package worked well. I purchased a 3rd party Google WiFi router with the 3 pucks and I’m getting much better speeds.

Absolutely the worst “so called” electric company. I blame myself, as the 2.7 customer service rating should have been a Red Flag. Have had 3 or 4 outages in 2 years. You should ashamed to call your a legit business. And let’s not forget to mention that the company is closed on weekends with zero emergency contact hot line access….
Set-up was easy. I subscribe to “Extreme High Speed Internet” for $50/month…at least that’s what I pay. Works extremely well. I’ve had this service for 4 months now…no outages or slowdowns to mention. Very happy so far.
