This place has terrible service. They didn’t explain about their accounts clearly, which result in returned check, but they are not willing to refund the fees incurred. I wasted a lot time contacting them. Initially, the staff agreed to refund but draw back their promise later.
Fix signing online. It locks me daily. Ridiculous. All that security cause nothing but tooooooo much headaches for all of u s. No one lock customer from second trial. No one except NDFCU. I am taking my business else wear very soon.

Recently received a mortgage at NDFCU. One of the selling points was “we’re local.” Now I receive a notice of a new servicer of my mortgage who is out of state. Therefore, payments are not payable locally. I’m very disappointed with this new development.

Notre Dame FCU really understands the needs of students and University employees. Many of their services are offered for reasonable low (or no) fees- much better than many banks. Many convenient locations, friendly staff and lots of ATMs around campus.
Benefits and perks are being withdrawn from members.
No sense belonging to the credit union if they dont stand above the rest.
