Rented a large dumpster. It was a pain having to call and text so many times just to get the dumpster emptied. Now we’re having trouble getting the dumpster removed. Was supposed to be gone half a week ago.
The sanitation workers are seriously the nicest! They always wave at my little ones and they even briefly stopped to join in on a sword fight between my 11 year old and his bestie.
They do a nice job at our business and they are very consistent with their schedule. I called and talked to Bobbi about a question I had regarding our service and she was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I am CONSTANTLY calling to ask why our garbage or recycling hasn’t been picked up for the week. We have had issues for 6 months with them, and when I told them I was changing waste services they didnt even try to keep my business.

On more than one occasion I have had garbage suck in the bottom of my trash can, instead of just ignoring it the truck driver always gets out and makes sure that my can is all the way empty. On top of that they make sure to pick up any trash that may have escaped. I really appreciate it when people put in the extra effort!

The workers really go above and beyond. We have had a lot of overflowing/extra trash the last few weeks and they always take it all. Today, the worker even picked up the trash that had blown from the container into our yard. Exceptional service!
