  5. I have a wonderful experience with Vexus. They’ve been very friendly and the greatest customer service. I had an issue and I spoke with customer service via chat. The person I was chatting with was very helpful and made sure the issue was resolved before logging off. It was great!!

  6. So far so good from the initial dealing with customer service to get set up and the contractor that came and ran the line from the pole to the house to the installation tech that hooked everything up. Way better customer service than suddenlink/optimum. The internet seems to be quicker also.

I have tried both of the other providers in Lubbock and can say Vexus Fiber is by far the superior product with faster speeds. Thank you

  8. Everything was done in a very efficient and timely manner. Service so far is very good. Everything was explained clearly, including using the app, and technician stayed to help us get our streaming service on our TV and Roku on the network. Very smooth install.

  10. The internet so far has been great, although it has only been installed for 2 days so far. I am getting the expected speeds based on the package. 4 stars because I had to return the Eero units because their performance was pretty horrible. With my existing router, things are great so far.

  13. So far so good. It’s pretty reliable and I haven’t had any connection issues as of yet. Set up was super easy and there is an app to help. They have great customer service as well. Highly recommend.

  19. Javier was my sales rep, with my busy work schedule it’s hard to talk on the phone sometimes. He was able to text me and call when I could talk so he made the process very fast , easy and he is very knowledgeable about the products offered.
