Rates are way too high!! No up to date convient way to pay your bill so late fees are always applied. Office hours are not accommodating to anyone with a full time job. Customer service is horrible. How bad is it when a mom and pop utility company has to have security at their office.
Customer service is severely lacking. We’ve been here for about 4 months and had nothing but issues with this company. It takes 24 hrs to return a simple phone call and they have more hidden fees than another utility company We’ve ever used. We are looking into a well just to avoid having to deal with this nonsense every month.
