  1. Terrible costumer service, not to mention rude. Internet and streaming services are spotty. Go in and out of service it seams a couple times a week. Lost a customer.

  2. What a joke nobody wanted to wait on me went because they said I had to show up in person to get my bill this month ask for a copy of it couldn’t figure out how to get the copy machine to work asked if they would send it to me still haven’t received it

  3. I have been using their services for nearly a decade and I’ve hated every day of it. I would highly advise anyone interested in their type of services to look elsewhere because you will find no satisfaction with New Ulm Telecom.

  4. Nuvera is a piss poor service provider. I would highly recommend against going with them. I would rather have no internet for free rather then having no internet and spending an arm and a leg. The customer service their is absolutely terrible as well!

  5. Very helpful, local support & good prices . I have been with NUVERA since 2015 and I am still a customer 3 years later. I love that they are so helpful and very nice . I dont really have any trouble with my Wi-Fi and I have more than 4 devices going at the same time !

  6. Not even 12 hours after our install our devices couldn’t pick up our network on the list of networks in range. It’s unfortunate that this is the only provider to provide internet in our area.

  7. Excellent service, very little downtime. The only thing that would make me happier is the availability of faster internet in my area. But I guess that’s the price I pay for living outside of town. Again, an excellent company!

  14. Absolutely inexcusable! My family is paying for the very fastest service, but far too often it is either extremely limited or just cuts out for hours on end! Telecom, if you care about your customers AT ALL, you will make sure that EVERYBODY has functional service!

  17. From signing up to now, service has been exceptional! Our dog had ripped our connection out of the wall and Nuvera has a service tech out later that day to fix our internet! Very friendly and time efficient. Office staff is very accomodating as well 🙂 Happy I chose Nuvera!

  23. Customer service by phone was FANTASTIC! Got my account information clarified/corrected within minutes. The representative was so pleasant. Appreciated NOT having to sit in a ‘call queue’ for up to an hour as I have in the past with a different provider! Only down side was that I was charged a fee for the help.
