Lazy, rude, and incompetent staff that only care about covering their own asses, rather than providing the service I am legally obligated to buy from them. I feel sorry for anyone who has to use this utility as it is easily the worst I have ever had to deal with.
What a joke. Oak Lodge just sent one of their goons to my house to give me a shutoff notice, at the same time they left me a voicemail about how I’ve overpaid on my account and have a credit. What a joke. Don’t come on my property again
This is just for the billing website. It does not work and often does not recognize my credit card information that I use for all my other accounts. Worst bill pay site I have ever used. Also, since the site doesn’t work right, it would be nice if they at least included a return envelope. 🙁
