When they were oaktree villas my apartment caught on fire and they didnt have a unit for me, I had renters insurance and it covered the damages and me breaking my lease. Instead of just finalizing everything; they put it on my credit and this was in 2018. I am still fighting til this day to get it removed from my credit.
