Water meter cutoff on their side will NOT cut the water off , used 170 gallons with the meter off. Google time and stamped. Can’t fix leaks with water in your lines. Talked to all the guys that work there, left messages with Mayor. Already waited for 3 weeks this time, They are incompetent.
