Frequent power outages and slow to restore when done. No way for customers to check status of outages. We are in the 21st century. Need to catch up with technology.
Terrible customer service from the administrative staff members. VERY VERY RUDE!! But hey, everyone has to have power, that said, one must take the attitudes displayed. However, I have a good mind to call corporate.
These folks have gone out of their way to help me and I appreciate it greatly. They are a small EMC and probably on a limited budget, but they try to provide old-fashioned customer service. Bigger is not always better, and I have been very pleased with my dealings with Ocmulgee EMC.

Went in to pay bill and realized I didn’t have checks in my checkbook and they don’t take debit/credit cards or using your bank routing number and account number. Checks or cash only. This is inconvenient as all get out.
