Acted like they didn’t care.
The ladies in the office are polite & helpful.
Continuous water outages ridiculous
They are the most helpful and kind people to deal with. Ms. Sheila is just the sweetest ever!
I thought they were helpful but that’s only on there time ..But they like to lie to you.And hang up the phone on you while you are asking questions about your bill.Only friendly when they want to be .Too bad they know you have to use Odenville water or they might not treat you the way they do.

I have only dealt with the ladies who work in the office. I must say they are the most friendly group of people to do business with. Very unlike the coldness of very large corporations.

It must be an individual that answers the phone that gets a ‘rude’ status bc I have never in the 4 years have had them to be rude to me. Even on the phone!
