Thank you for the great service when our heater went out.
The service call was required because the igniter failed and had to be replaced. Our only concern: should the igniter have been replaced when the fall check-up was done? Perhaps next year the igniter can be looked at a bit closer.
Excellent maintenance and repairs experienced with them. I also use their monthly pay program so I accumulate funds to be used when oil is delivered or service contracts require renewal. Grat program. All of Oehlert people I have encountered at polite and personable to work with.

The technician came during the designated time. He had been to our house before so he quietly and neatly got the job done. I have always been happy with Oehlert Brothers.
Patrick has come to service our heating/air conditioner unit on previous occasions, and I have always been overjoyed when he comes. He is efficient, knows his craft, and takes time to explain things clearly to me so that I understand. Always pleased with his demeanor and knowledge.
Preston was knowledgeable , professional and courteous. He arrived early and tackled our oil burner cleaning efficiently. He answered all our questions (we purchased this house last winter) giving good advice regarding the furnance filters.
Dominic did a great job on the heater annual tune up. There was a problem with the schedule, we were set for 10 am to 12 pm but didn’t get here until 2 pm. Not sure that was on the tech. Other than that all was good.
