An absolute joke. Can’t explain why I was billed. First it was for one visit… and then it was, no… it was for another visit. Mediocrity defined.

After 3 very poor experiences, I contacted the main business office. I outlined my complaints with dates, times and other information. Two different people stated they would look into things and get back to me. It has been four months. I HAVE HAD NO FOLLOW UP CALLS FROM OGDEN CLINIC. Obviously, they do not need me as a patron.

Thankfully we found a DPC so we can forgo Ogden Clinic. They charge ludicrous amounts for the mere minutes you get with an actual doctor. Billing after the fact is also all over the place. Pay attention to the other less than stellar reviews. Poor all the way around.
