Unethical and dishonest establishment. Paid for and received service and FOUR years later received an invoice for a balance. Accounting said it was caught up in the system and a recent audit of their books showed an error and I still owe. THEIR error, 4 years later! Unbelievable.
My wife just had sinus surgery at this clinic. The staff was outstanding. From the front desk to the patient checkout station every effort was made to keep us comfortable and informed.

I loved most the staff they were great, just seemed like my doctor was in such a rush to see me go. she didn’t even sign off on my meds, so now the meds they gave me there are wearing off and I have to get something else till Monday, and I’m in a lot of pain I can’t eat. Just got my tonsils removed.
Went on June 14th for a procedure. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, and great at their job! Very good at explaining what was going to happen, and being a comforting presence. I would highly recommend Ohio Surgery Center for any procedure you need done.
I just got my tonsils taken out this afternoon and the experience was amazing! My nurses were all awesome, the place was super clean and nice, and I walked away with very little pain (thanks to my amazing doctor, Dr. Hiltbrand). I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone having surgery.
