Due to the lack of knowledge on the commercial Real Estate loan officer (rather not say names) we had waited 2 months just to be informed that the investment property we had bid on, couldn’t be structured the way we needed it to be. Which we had discussed from the beginning. Money and time lost.

Don’t try and drop off paperwork while the security guard is on a smoke break. They leave large checks on the reception desk instead of paying staff to handle financial transactions.
