  4. In regards to the online banking website, it is 2018, you would think that your website would be more up to date… you can barely view any account information on there, it only allows the bare minimum and the descriptions are vague.

  5. Overall bad service. Tellers are rude . Even to pay a bill “which has never been late” is a process .Want the bill, social, license who knows how many questions just to take the CASH and credit the account…..was more the attitude than the process .

  7. They promise a lot but don’t do what they say. One transaction can take weeks to a month and your lucky if someone actually calls you back. If you are considering doing business with this banking institution… RUN!
