  10. They are not DOC friendly. They do not allow officers to get any food trays, even though the officers have to stay with their inmates 100% of the time. None of the employees here seem to care.

  11. Went into the labor and delivery well the doc left after they ran some test on me he left the hospital waited 3 hours for him to come back did a flu test on me waited another 2 hours and than he never back he in there and told anything …

  12. Worst experience ever. Sorry I have a huge problem with the nurse standing outside my door and gossiping with the lady from registration about men and all different various topics. And make me sit and wait for almost an hour to give me my papers.

  13. I was taken to the Urgent Care when I broke my arm, they made sure I was comfortable and helped with pain, reset my arm. Put it in a splint. Didn’t let me leave till the Dr made sure I was ok.

  14. Unfortunately, I got to become familar with this hospital while in town. The ER nurses were wonderful and couldn’t have been more friendly. I just hope to never vist them again.

  15. 16 years ago on April 26th,2003 at 12:59pm to be right I was brought into this world from tulsa regional and I can say I wouldnt want to be born in any other hospital then the One I was born in. Thanks for all the staff that was there that day. And keep up the good work.

  17. Honestly I hate this place and I will never voluntarily go again. I have been paying medical bills from a 15 minute visit a year ago. The doctor made my concern seem like a joke ( I was coughing up blood). The hospital itself is not very clean. I paid one of the bills still paying on another that ended up going to collections.

  18. when my mom was having pain in her mid-lower back, they helped her out alot. Other hospitals just said that she had systs on her overies and they sent her home, but when she went to OSU, they realized she had apendicitis and sent her to emergency surgery. they helped her out alot.

  19. This hospital has been the best hospital I’ve been at in a very long time. The staff is amazing and saved my life. They are very pleasant and tentative. I would recommend this hospital to anyone

  20. Terrible hospital. They violate HIPAA laws and insisted I had something that was nearly impossible for me to contract. Then when I reached out to the triage nurse, she told me the doctors “don’t really think anything about the door being open” and that I should just ask them to close it.

  21. My husband needed to be seen at the ER, went to St. Francis first because it’s really close to our home, we waited for and hour and half and they only called 1 of thr 6 people in front of us back w/in that timeframe so we ledr & went to OSU …

  23. Took my Dad here for a colonoscopy. Staff were wonderful. The waiting room was hidden around a hallway. But nice and quaint. This building appears old and dungeony.

  24. Hospitals are a joke now days telling you if you can have visitors or not, telling you if u can have food or not and completely unrelated to covid-19 staff is always rude as could be and we as people are just supposed to take it?

  25. I’ve been here for a few medical procedures and surgeries. From ER, Registration, Pre Op and Surgery. You all are such warm and caring people. You listen to your patients and stay on top of any issues that come up. My family and I won’t go …

  26. I will never go to this hospital again if I can help it. I was transported there from another hospital. The staff seemed like a bunch of misfit children that hadn’t a clue of how to properly function. Fortunately my wife was able to get me transferred to Hillcrest where I received great treatment.

  27. My job sent me for a covid test. Put a company card on the account, yet I keep getting a bill. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive any service. Nor did I take the test. Why am I getting emails that I owe 400+ dollars? Every time I …

  28. May not have the “new feel”, or the funds of some of the bigger hospitals in the area, but more than make up for it with unsurpassed quality care!
All I have to say is REALLY? To those reviews that either embellish the facts …

  34. I would recommend to not go here if they tell you trainee doctors will help you give birth. Not completely going into specifics, while I was giving birth, the trainee froze up and wasn’t doing his job, a nurse had to take over. I wouldn’t have given birth here if I wasn’t admitted at that point.

  35. Horrible place. Sent my 85 year old mother in law who has Covid and pneumonia home after 2 days. Said she was well enough to go home. The next day had to call 911 to get her to a real hospital.

  41. This hospital is where people go to Die. They frequently misdiagnose people here, and if you have anything serious going on, rest assured you’ll probably be resting in peace by the time its said and done. The nursing staff is also quite …

  42. Brought my son in because of weakness and dizziness, the drs and staff immediately recognized how sick he was and got him admitted and transferred to Francis Peds very quickly. Hopefully will not have to use them again but if there ever is another emergency I will go back to OSU medical center.

  43. Treated my sick father terribly and refused transferring him to another hospital for second opinion. Refused keeping him for further testing. Was very unprofessional and will be calling the administration of this hospital

  52. The customer service and friendliness of the staff here are HORRIBLE. 54. I have never been ashamed to be an OSU alumni until this moment. I’ve spoken to 4 different people while my daughter is being treated in the ER, and I have never met more rude people in any one place. I wouldn’t come back here or bring my family here if they were on their death bed.

  55. I was scheduled to get MRI done in my head today at 10 am and I got so nervous…I feal so disappointed by the guy who was gonna get my test done not sure why he was so rude to me when I ask him questions he say I was to much so claustrophobic .. don’t recommend this place to nobody it’s best to go somewhere else

  57. The er smells like cigarettes, nothing is clean from the floor to the chairs to the windows . I’ve been transferred here. A lady with her 2 kids walked in to b tested and the nurse didn’t sanitize the counters after she had leaned on the counter and had her hands there 😳 . Way to go osu ! …

Everything was explained in detail and we were kept updated during the long surgery. The people at OSU Med Center made a very difficult situation much better.

  63. Amazing. We went to almost every hospital in Tulsa for care and barley got anywhere. Nurses and doctors were so nice. Absolutely loved seeing the nurses actually care about my uncle and his well being. Nurses thoroughly explained what they were going to before they did it and didn’t talk to us like we were stupid. Highly recommend.

  64. This is a flip from one star to 5 stars. I’m unhappy with one Dr. I saw years ago. Recently My wife went to OSU to have a tumor removed. Things did not go well, an intestine was nicked during the initial surgery. I do not expect …

  66. I visited today, Jan 12, 2020. Between registration, treatment and discharge within 1.5 hours! I was taken to my “room” & almost immediately met my Doctor. He had already looked up my history, read over results of tests, and was ready for …

    Unhelpful is putting it mildly.

  97. I was referred to OSU Wound Clinic in the OSU Hospital for wounds on the foot and leg. If you have mobility issues and someone else, not OSU personnel, can not get you to your destination, then don’t bother coming to this facility. They don’t assist the mobility disabled and refuse to treat them.
