It was 110.00 to have new service connected. I believe that is a flat rate for new customers.
Office manager Tracy is very rude. Older granny is a sweetheart.
This place is awful. It seems to be ran by Children. I’d suggest trying your hardest to get water from any other source possible because these people will not help you at all.
They close at 1pm on Fridays which is very inconvenient.. when they close on lunch break they leave a note on the window and never open back up when they say they’re going to. They also do not have hours posted on website so you have to drive by to see if they’re open.
Been with them for years! Always paid what’s due every month! I’m 2 weeks late and they shut my water off with no warning!
Our water is included with our rental so I don’t have to deal with them direct. It would still be cool if they sent out a notice when the utility will be shut for maintenance 👎 …
It’s an okay place. They do have a drive up, pay window. The older granny-type person is such a nice mannered employee. However, the unnatural blonde, is quite arrogant & I don’t like it at all when I have to deal with her, even to pay a bill!
New to the area. Had two leaks of which the company would not offer a discount from two days of solid water flow. Asked to have someone come look at leak at rd…..no one showed. Manager was to call us back about billing issue…no one …
They ‘readjusted’ my water bill after pipe broken with water leak underneath the house – average bill $40. Bill due: $195.99! Yes. After adjustment.
