The public works gentlemen that came out were great professionals, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our water issue was handled. Thank you so much.
I’ve never hated any company more than I hate OPUD. Ridiculous fees, terrible service, nasty water! And these hicks don’t even have a credit card or atm machine. Who still writes checks!? Or carries enough cash to pay one of their ridiculously over inflated bills?! I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Payment options are horrible. Im always having to pay late fees because there not open late enough to go make a payment. I work to. Al my bills get payed online except for this one. There third party online bill pay service is bs.
The OPUD is a rip off, overcharging, bills incorrect, they need to get out of the stone age so people can pay their bills without conflicting information and talk about non user friendly website, non-existent. They should be investigated and a class-action suit filed.
The well water smells and tastes horrible, like chemicals. The policies and billing procedures are rediculous. Small town water company trying to make as much money as possible off the backs of the poor. It’s not even a quality product. Someone call Erin Brochovich.

What a public utility should not be! Arrogant, non helpful, lazy, incorrect and not willing to give effort. No sense of customer service and not willing to go out of their way to find information or the answers. We lived next to a …
Incredibly poor service. Customers are unable to schedule bill payments in advance. The billing notifications are sent out with out the full account number. Be aware you’re just paying for the housing developers bad decision to build in a flood plain.
I’m a real estate broker that sold a home in Plumas Lake. Called the the utility this morning and receive a happy gal with a great attitude. She answered my question and wished me a great day. Thank you and I wish I got her name so I could post it.

Nice employees but it’s 2017 and they don’t accept a debit card in the office or online payments without using a third party website.
