The website was down and I could not pay my bill online. I was told the only ways to pay were to either drive down to the office, or by credit card with a fee. I felt that they were not understanding and accommodating, especially since it was their website that was not working.
The Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce is proud to have the Olivenhain Municipal Water District as a member and appreciate all they do for the community!
Completely unhelpful. We just moved in and accumulated a month or 2 of late payments. We paid the late month and thought everything was fine. We had no idea that online payments take weeks to process. The next interaction was a Fedex …
