Dr. Liebentritt didn’t even care about helping me get rid of my headaches all she cared about was getting paid by my insurance company because she was seeing me. I am not a patient of hers anymore.
She has done a wonderful job helping me with my head aches and my glossopharyngeal neuralgia diagnosis. She is willing to sit and listen to all my concerns that I have.
My experience was very positive. Dr. Liebentrit listened very well and asked a lot of questions. She has always been very willing to problem solve with me.
I did not even make it past the front desk. I met one of the rudest receptionist ever. She was crass and made me feel unimportant. This should not be the face of any business. I suggest you find other providers that actually care what comes out of their front desk. This was a horrible experience that has not help my help one bit

Terrible service. Made an appointment a month prior only to show up and be told that no appointment would be made. They made no attempt to try and fit me in or schedule me asap. They told me that they had to consult the Dr to get permission to schedule me in. They said it would be at least another month. DO NOT GO THERE!
