The “rental fee” was not mentioned and cost me $300. You would have thought this would have been mentioned in one of the four conversations I had with the staff.
My husband and I had a great experience with ontario sanitary service, we were in an and out in a blink and the service was great they were very helpful and kind.
They seem awfully high and mighty for working at a sanitary service… They should probably treat people with respect when there on the phone with you. They need to get off there high horse……….. It’s only a garbage buisness!!!! …
This service is ABSOLUTE TRASH and not in the funny pun way. We’re paying for weekly trash collection and they haven’t taken our trash in 4 weeks. They won’t apologize or even admit they haven’t taken the trash. They take your money and give you nothing. CORRUPT scammers.
They need a replacement at the front desk, the lady needs a serious attitude adjustment, you can’t even say hello, or welcome, or how can I help you, or have a nice day? What kind of customer service is that!?
The lady at the front desk is extremely rude for no reason. One try’s to be polite as it should be, because of respect. She is extremely disrespectful and has no manners. They need a new one.

I’ve always had good experience with this business. Recycling pick up on certain days i forget. But great i can take down paper and cardboard to place in large bins myself. We are pleased with our service here. Thanks to these hard workers, we are able to have this essential service!!
They decided not to offer services I pay for at their convenience so now I am left with trash for a week. Ontario needs to address this contract and close these people down. They are a menace to our city
