If I could’ve give -5 stars I would customer service is nonexistent, you have a better chance of hitting the lottery before they answer the phone they’ll literally never tell you when the bill is coming up or overdue 🚮 …
Easy in and out. Has card machine outside and inside is cash only. Card machine takes a little while to extract from your account once paid in most cases.(pay cash and it’ll make your life easier)
The customer service is TERRIBLE. They were rude from the moment they answered the phone. As soon as I mentioned there’s something wrong with the website, they preceded to tell me I was doing something wrong after I tried doing it 5 times and wanted to argue with me back and forth.
I gave one star because they didn’t give me a option to give ‘no star’ Other than them moving there office so far in the woods slap across where im living, not all ppl have gas to ride way over there cause we broke paying deposits we never …
Online bill pay not working no one was in the drive thru or lobby and the kiosk was broken how are people supposed to pay their bill. I expect things to work since our bill has increased but we get poor water quality and also poor service.
Customer service has never been their strong point… When they were downtown, I waited in line to pay my bill only to have the blinds drawn as I pulled my car to the window. I had been waiting almost 10 minutes, but when the minute hand …
Outdated company with unacceptable policies. If you live out of state, you must show in person to have your water turned on, no exceptions. Even if you’re local, if you work first shift you likely do not have the time to drive there and …

Utilities are different than other places, since you’re forced to work with each other. I’ve lived in three separate cities now, and so I’ve had the pleasure of working with three different water utilities (Eclectic, AL and Notasulga, AL), …
Mr. Alsobrook will help you with no problem! But I also think they could offer a little more time with some people and their bills…..we all did just come out of a pandemic and it’s not paid enough sometimes to make ends meet
I live four hours from Opelika. Closing on a new home and trying to get water service. It appears the only way, maybe, to get service is drive to Opelika Water Board office and see if there is anyone there. Calling is a waste of time because their message keeps stating they are not accepting calls.
They have a kiosk that’s right inside the door you can use to pay your bill if the main office is closed or you just wanna use it…very easy to use and understand. Also great for night owls like me because it’s open 24/7
Wish other companies would get on board and do the same

They moved out further from town. They charge too much on the extra fees
Good employees not to expensive
Easy to find nice office people that will work with you.
They a kiosk that you are able to 24/7
Terrible customer service…and zero understanding ..just poor
Nice staff. Sometimes the payment kiosk is out of order.
Lady was nice, but they need let landlords know what all is needed before driving wasting time,
No phone call to warn that bill is overdue, unlike down the road in Smiths Station. Just service disconnect. Communication is key.
The staff is very helpful with that crazy machine in the lobby 😳. They really are the most patient!! …

The water board workers are always friendly and very courteous when I go pay my bill.
You need to be able to pay your bill by phone. All everyone else does it.
Bad customer service, they must have forgotten to pay their phone bill or don’t know how to answer the phone.
