Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. They lie about the doctors’ on time schedule, saying the doctor is “running on time,” which translates to at least 90 minutes late. It is a factory, but not an efficient one. Set aside a day for what should be a 10 minute visit.

However, the woman who performed the tests on me was not reflective of the doctor. She did her job well but Lacked warmth and a caring bedside manner.

I just had my surgery and I could not thank all the staff enough. Everyone was professional from Dr. Donnenfeld to RNs to Anesthesiologists to the gentleman that transported me to the OR to the Techs and the receptionists. Excellent medical team that gave me back my sight.

Sat an hour for an appointment that is late. Very unprofessional staff and nothing like their main location. Still upset with a dr who did wrong and scammed me for lasik when he promised to replace an incorrect lens that was installed by the director of opthamology at ProHealth in lake success
