  1. Like this place and the doctors and staff are extremely caring but the wait time is unbelievably long and the run around to find out what is actually wrong with my eye has been going on for over a month now….

  2. ABSOLUTE FAITH IN DR.CONTRACTOR!!! SHE HAS BEEN TREATING ME WITH A CHRONIC EYE CONDITION AND HAS HEALED ME EVERY TIME!!! SHE IS VERY CONCERNED FOR HER PATIENTS AND ALSO VERY COMPASSIONATE!!!

  3. They do not give out your pd measurements and have a workaround in regards to it being in your medical records (it’s not in them, the shop measures your pd). Do not go to their shop.

  4. I wish I could give negative stars..I have called thrice and everytime the person who picked up the phone asked me to wait “momentarily” – but they never come back on the call..highly unprofessional people with absolutely zero respect for people’s time

  5. Took my mother here for surgery on her eyes, was disappointed from start…..the doctor argued with nurse over measurement of her eye and that was just start….the lack of communication between doctor to patient was just sad….so big day …

  6. Dr. Ebbing listens and answers your questions in a clear and concise way. It’s nice to know that no matter what type of vision issue you might have they are highly qualified to deal with it.

  9. Show up to my confirmed appointment only to be faced with a locked door and a sign stating ‘we’re closed’ I called the number on the sign and was told they’re only seeing emergency cases… No call was made to me telling me my appointment would be cancelled. Took time off work for this.

  10. My appointment was at 3:00 I was not called in until 3:30 they had to rush my appointment because I needed to be at a wake for our past fire chief by 5:00 I didn’t get out of the office until 4:30 and they still charge the copay my time is just as valuable as the docters and staff.

  11. More than 1 hour wait for appointment. Are you serious? Why tell people to come at a certain time if they’re just going to be delayed an hour or more? Poor quality efficiency and communication. Unacceptable.

  12. Don’t go in the winter! Wouldn’t let me in with my eye covered and 7 degrees….there’s a sign on their door though to tell you to wait in your car. Trekked back to my parked car…what a world.

  13. Everytime I come here for a yearly check it is 3+ hours they can’t get you through the tests in one go. It’s test, waiting room, test, waiting room, test, waiting room an then 30 +minute wait in the waiting room again to see the doctor. Then you have to go wait at the opticians.

  14. I have gone to them, for a long time. They offer excellent care, and everything, can be done right there. I am very confident, in all the physicians there. They have many offices, and schedule you, at your convenience.

  15. I was seen at the Clifton Park office. The staff was friendly. Dr. Krouner was fantastic! Very friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. I did not feel rushed and definitely felt cared about. I loved it there.

  16. Dr. Feldman performed surgery on one of my eyes last year and sees me annually. I find him to be friendly, personable and highly professional. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend him.

  20. My first time ever having a full diagnostic eye exam. Every person in the office I had contact with was very friendly, professional and you had a great sense they were very knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with this visit and will use them without hesitation for any future eye care needs. Great place…..highly recommend!! 5 stars!

  22. Very professional and friendly. The exam was very thorough. However my appointment was at 2:00pm got called back at 2:50 and then didn’t leave until 4:50. It was a real setback to my work day. It would have been helpful to have been given a heads up the eye exam takes all afternoon.
