I just wasted $50 to find out that I can’t afford to pay for my wisdom teeth removal, they do not take any form of payment options, they take it up front, every penny and not everyone walks around with $1,000+ and the staff there needs to be more friendly and smile and not be so uptight and serious, I didn’t feel welcomed.
As far as the surgery went, it was great. However, the billing department was unorganized and took over two months to straighten my account out.
they don’t accept payments on your surgery like most places do, so it’s very disappointing, this place is for the white rich privelege, if you don’t have a lot of money, you’re not welcome here, it’s a waste of time! and they don’t smile, it’s very negative energy.
