They need to hire more than one receptionist to check in patients and answer phone calIs. I sat on the hold for 45 minutes, got hung up on, called back and still didn’t speak to a single person. I finally hung up. I called a different oral surgeon, got right on the phone with them and spent less than 5 minutes setting up an appointment.
My sister went in to get her wisdom teeth removed and they said that the doctor called in sick when we got there 10 minutes before her appointment and they office staff was very rude when they told us.
I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish with this office. Would 100% recommend. Insanely quick, insanely compassionate, insanely knowledgeable. Thank you, Dr. Dewitt!
Terrible. Everything about my experience here is poor. Both times! From the front desk staff to the bedside manner of the doctor. Dr Coates was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable I ended up leaving and not having my procedure done. There’s no way I’d trust this office for any service.
I had a consultation appointment over a month ago to get my wisdom teeth taken out. They said they’d call me in 2-4 weeks if my insurance covers the anesthetic. It’s been a month and a half. No call. And they don’t answer their phone. Very unprofessional.

Been to this office twice. Never had any issues and the doc is quick about things.
