The procedure did not go as planned, but I did not want to give a bad review. I followed multiple times with little to no response from the office and still didn’t want to give a bad review. This latest time I went in for a follow up, I was in the waiting room for an hour and finally had to leave without seeing anyone.
This place is 1 star for a good reason. My husband has been coming here for fertility labs and trying to get someone from this office to call us back is excruciating. We have been waiting MONTHS for results that should have taken several weeks at most. Truly awful. Do not come here.

Not sure the problems other people had but my treatment and surgery went exactly as Dr. Elkchoury told me it would. My quality of life is much better after surgery and I have absolutely no negative side effects or physical problems.
Four months waiting for an existent patient. Doctors are good, but their image is compromised by lack of organization and extremely rude and arrogant front desk employees who abuse their little power. This practice needs a better office manager.
