OP Peds is always amazing with my twins and patient with them. They answer all the questions I have and their bedside manner is incredible.
They are always running on time and very friendly in this office. We normally see Dr. Katerina or Dr. Berti and both are great. We will continue to be patients here for a long time!
I’ve been going there all my life, I needed shot records to start college and they claimed I have no got a shot since I was 7. I had the bill from them saying I had the shots I needed two months prior to then. They made me get all my shots a second time and pay for them because they cannot keep track of records.
I had a new doctor when I went the other day and she was really nice and did her job really well! Will definitely be going back!
A culture of caring, listening and community participation. All of the staff and doctors are great. Dr. Catarina, especially, has gone way above and beyond to help us navigate the sometimes-confusing aspects of a particular health challenge.
This doctors office that I’ve been going to for years since I was young is extremely unhelpful, if I come to them for a problem they never really look into it or say that they can’t help me. Do not go to this place they don’t care about you at all they just want your money for appointments.
Excellent care since my son was born! Now off to college and they are still providing the same level of care and concern as a young adult. All staff and doctors ALWAYS just super!
