Generally credit unions are more user friendly than banks. This credit union is a clear exception to that. I’ve had terrible banks that were easier to deal with. Their motto should be: “We really don’t care.”
Ive dealt with quite few credit unions an this one by far the worst when comes to technology. App definitely needs a serious overhaul. The system set-up to charge overdraft fees than it turns around the next day an charge late fees on top of the overdraft. Never get any bank statements…I’m done here
Avoid at all costs. Have not helped me in any way. Don’t do boat loans, don’t do jumbo mortgages, auto loan interest rate is more than car dealers, had debit card system compromised twice (not my card, their system) and cancelled my card …

Terrible. Can’t ever make payment on time because you can never get anyone on the phone. The app and the website will not let me connect my other bank account to make the payments online. Customer service rate-0

Need to pay a 1st time payment . Can’t get anyone on phone. All branches give you only 1 # and can’t get through . Horrible! Not liking this already!!
