Terrible customer service. Just awful people majority of the time.
I’ve found 95% of my interactions with them very reasonable over the years. Service has greatly improved over the years, with fewer yearly power outages or momentary interruptions. Online payment system works as it should. Just wish my bills were the same as they were when I moved here over a decade ago.
When people are down on hard times you see three types of people. There are the sort that understand and feel compassion. There are those who feel it doesn’t affect them. And lastly there are those who see economic opportunity in the misfortunes of others. This company embodies the qualities of the latter individual.

The people are great always friendly and helpful. Their automated system to report outages is horrible! I called about 7 times it would ask “Do you no your account number if so press one” I press one and it transferred me to another line …
I paid a bill a few days late, i had no idea what the late fee would amount to, but I figured I would see it tacked on to my next bill, no biggie. Nope. I got a freaking DISCONNECTION notice. Over $27.35. Seriously? From a customer who has been on the books for 20 yrs now. Absolutely unreal and uncalled for. Update your practices.
