  1. It is absolutely incompetent and slow to respond ( you kiddg me, I’m still waiting for them to respond) forever wait, worse than IRS unemployment hotline. Welcome to New York City.

  2. Please do not live anywhere that is managed by Orsid. I mean it. It’s an absolute, complete, utter disaster of a company that (1) charges for EVERY LITTLE THING; (2) is absolutely incompetent and slow to respond; and (3) will not even share any document but later throws you various “requirements” that you need to meet.

  3. The managers and doorman’s are rude and unapologetic- this is disgusting and inappropriate to have this kind of behavior in NYC this day. They should learn what is CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE for a luxury building. All the billions of dollars in properties you manage must teach You something.
