Made an appointment on February 15 after a 17 minute phone call and when I showed up on Feb 28th, they couldn’t find my referral and said I never made the appointment. Then, they asked if I wanted to reschedule after they found the referral but didn’t have an appointment for weeks!
Was sent for a MRI and a week later have still not heard back from the DR. After calling and leaving a message, the medical assistant called and said the Dr was out until after the weekend. Now I am on the phone again and keep getting put to the voicemail.
