I called for a leaking water meter at 8am. The lady on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Mark (forgot last name) was here before 8:30. Again, very friendly and professional. Mark had us up and running before 9am! Give this man a raise!!

The water in my neighborhood is shut off on a Saturday evening. They are closed, you can’t talk to anyone to get it fixed, and they decide it is a good idea to shut off the neighborhood with no notice? Worthless. At least do it with notice, and during normal office hours, so we can call someone about it.
